I’m a country music fan, so when I’m getting some cardio in, it’s my genre of choice. Since I try to keep things at a moderately quick pace (130-140 beats per minute), it’s not always easy finding country music to match that.  If you’re looking for a country music exercise playlist too, here’s what I listen to for a 20 minute workout.  I hope you enjoy it too!
