Healthy Vegetable Dip Recipe 21 Day Fix Approved

Healthy vegetable dip doesn’t have to be a challenge!

For those who don’t like hummus and are trying to stay far, far away from traditional fatty ranch dressing, finding a pre-made healthy vegetable dip can be a challenge. Thankfully, this quick and easy healthy veggie dip recipe works great and tastes delicious! With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up a your own healthier version that contains only ingredients that you can pronounce. Minor details, right?

Try it with celery, carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower or zucchini! It also works great as a base for cold vegetable pizza if that’s your thing.  All ingredients are 21 Day Fix approved. Enjoy!

Healthy Vegetable Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 t Lemon Juice
1/2 t dried parsley
1/4 t garlic powder
1/8 t onion powder
1/4 t ground black pepper
1/4 t sea salt

Directions:

Whisk yogurt and lemon juice together until thoroughly combined.
Add seasonings and mix well.
Chill for an hour.
Serve with cut veggies and enjoy!
